Off-Hours Access
Off-hours cage and weight room access is not available between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM. All other hours outside regular business hours are accessible with a qualifying membership.
Minors & Off-Hours
Athletes under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during all off-hours access. Unaccompanied minors are not permitted in the facility during off-hours regardless of membership tier. This policy is outlined in the membership agreement.
Additional Family Member
The Additional Family Member plan may only be purchased alongside an active FOC Academy, FOC Performance, or FOC Strength membership. It cannot be purchased as a standalone plan.
FOC Strength Availability
The FOC Strength membership is limited in availability and designed primarily for strength and conditioning access. It does not include batting cage time.

When do memberships go live?
Memberships are available now and can be purchased online.
What is Champions Club?
The first 25 members in FOC Academy and the first 25 in FOC Performance lock in a reduced founding member rate for the life of their membership — $129/mo for Academy and $179/mo for Performance, compared to the standard rates of $149 and $199.
Can I buy the Additional Family Member plan by itself?
No. You must have an active FOC Academy, FOC Performance, or FOC Strength membership before adding the Additional Family Member plan.
Is off-hours access available all night?
No. Off-hours access is not available between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM.
Can athletes under 18 use the facility during off-hours?
Not without an adult present. Athletes under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during all off-hours access. This applies to both cage and weight room access and is outlined in the membership agreement.
Does FOC Strength include cage time?
No. FOC Strength includes weight room access only — regular hours and off-hours (outside the 12am–5am blackout). It does not include batting cage time. Availability for this membership type is intentionally limited.
What is The Futures App?
The Futures App is a player development platform included with FOC Academy and FOC Performance memberships. It allows athletes and coaches to store and review video, track progress metrics, and access custom drill programs — all designed to support development between training sessions.
What is Rapsodo and what data does it track?
Rapsodo is a ball-flight tracking system used by MLB organizations and college programs. FOC Performance members are added to our Rapsodo cloud database, giving them access to real session data including exit velocity, spin rate, spin axis, and launch angle — objective metrics that show exactly how the ball is coming off the bat or out of the hand.
