Your Coaches
Who's Running It
  • Max Brown — D1 baseball at Kansas State, drafted by the Arizona Diamondbacks in 2015, and played professionally in Australia and New Zealand. He has trained athletes at every level since retiring from the game.
  • Josh Dawson — Exercise Science degree from Roanoke College, college baseball player, and a strength & conditioning coach for baseball athletes. He brings the rare combination of having played the game and studied the science behind training it.

Lindsey Woelke
A graduate of Washington State University with a degree in Zoology, Lindsey is a Certified Personal Trainer and CrossFit Level 2 Coach with a diverse athletic background — including four years of competitive softball where she served as team captain. She currently competes in both powerlifting and CrossFit. Lindsey combines her knowledge of human movement and biomechanics with hands-on coaching experience to help athletes develop strength, speed, power, and resilience. Her approach focuses on building athletic foundations that improve performance on the field while helping athletes move efficiently and safely.

Summer 2026
Baseball Summer Camps

Four days of action-packed baseball development for players ages 7–12. Campers rotate through skill stations both inside our FOC facility and outdoors at Preston Park Baseball Field. We maintain approximately a 9:1 camper-to-instructor ratio so every player gets quality coaching.
