The Facility

20-Foot Cage HeightMost indoor facilities have cages that top out at 10–12 feet. Our cages are 20 feet tall — giving athletes true ball flight tracking the way the game is actually played.

Year-Round Indoor TrainingIn the Pacific Northwest, weather stops most programs from October to April. FOC doesn't close. 15,000 sq ft of covered, climate-controlled space keeps athletes developing year-round.
