Join us this summer for an action-packed baseball camp!

overview:

designed for players ages 7–12 of all levels.

Campers are grouped into teams based on age & skill level to ensure an engaging and developmentally appropriate experience.

We maintain an approximate 10:1 camper-to-instructor ratio so each player receives quality coaching and support.

Players will rotate through skill stations both inside our indoor foc training facility and outdoors at Preston Park Baseball Field.

Throughout the week, campers will build fundamentals and confidence while working on:

• Baserunning

• Defensive skills

• Team defense

• Pitching

• HITTING

• Catching

In addition to skill development, we mix in other fun, high-energy activities like:

• Home Run Derby

• Wiffle Ball

• Dodgeball

What to Bring:

Please have your player come prepared each day with:

• Batting helmet

• BATTING GLOVES

• Glove

• Bat

• Athletic or turf shoes (FOR INDOOR)

• Molded cleats (FOR OUTDOOR)

Catchers who would like time behind the plate should bring their own gear.

Lunch & Hydration:

Players should pack a lunch in a hard or soft cooler (with ice packs if needed) along with a large refillable water bottle. We’ll have a water filling station available for refills throughout the day.

Camp Schedule:

• Check-in: Begins at 8:15 AM each morning

• Pick-up: Promptly at 2:00 PM
