2011 Bears Tryouts
FOC is expanding its Bears Baseball Club to six teams for the 2011 season. Tryouts start August 7th for 15U Mickey Mantle, 14U Sandy Koufax & 13U Sandy Koufax.

New Players Lounge, Workout Area

It keeps getting better at the FOC. Along with a new flat-screen TV, the lounge now has workout equipment for players to get bigger, faster and stronger. Fitness guru Kevin Chiles and his Chiles Sports Development team run individual and group performance training sessions at the FOC. Check it out!
