| We are excited to announce a partnership with Kevin Chiles of Chiles Sports Development. Kevin is NESTA Certified and is widely considered one of the top trainers in the Northwest. His programs are fast paced and designed to maximize sports performance and build confidence.

Athletic Sports Training This program is geared towards youth and high school players and encompasses speed and agility development, power and explosiveness, strength, conditioning and flexibilty.
Starts: February 23rd
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays
4-5PM Youth Speed & Agility
5-6PM High School Speed & Agility
6-7PM High School Strength & General Fitness Training
7-8PM Youth Strength & General Fitness Training
8-9PM High School Strength & General Fitness Training
Cost: 10 session punch card for $300 (good for six months)
Adult Boot Camp Boot Camp is a circuit-type class alternating cardio/movement conditioning with strength exercise stations. This is an energizing class with numerous health benefits.
Starts: January 5th and runs through March
When: Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6 - 7:00 AM
Cost: 20 one-hour workouts for $299
